About the Program

Our Better Way program is a supportive space for individuals to openly discuss relationship challenges and learn practical skills that promote mutual respect and understanding. Facilitated by experienced professionals, sessions provide guidance on expressing emotions constructively, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering self-awareness. The program is free and open to anyone in the Cold Lake and Bonnyville area.

Separated but Inclusive Sessions

While men’s and women’s groups meet separately, both programs encourage participation from all who seek to understand themselves better and work towards healthier relationships. Couples are also welcome to join but will attend sessions individually.
