We provide a secure space where families can work toward a stable, self-sufficient future. Fully furnished apartments provide a comfortable, private space where families can feel secure.
Counselling and Emotional Support
Access to caring professionals who can offer guidance, counselling referrals, and a listening ear
Child Support Services
Programs and activities to support children’s mental and emotional well-being as they process their experiences.
Life Skills Workshops
Practical sessions on topics like budgeting, self-care, and job readiness to empower residents in their everyday lives.

Program Criteria
To be eligible for Joie’s Phoenix House, residents must:
Be a woman with children affected by intimate partner violence
Be open to participating in supportive programs and services
Commit to regular contact with our team to maximize the benefits of the program
Free from or in Active recovery from substance addictions or use.
